Video and accompanying audio allows the user to effectively learn each exercise for life. Learn how to do squats, lunges, push ups, flys, lats, mid-trapezius and core moves CORRECTLY. First choose the duration of your workout and then customize it to your level and energy for that day. 75 exercises to choose from in all.

DOES NOT WORK
The videos on this app do not work, which makes the app completely pointless. The few, basic (squats) exercises included can be found on any internet search for FREE and have more details and/or videos.
Awesome!!!
I used to run a lot, spinning, tenis etc, Being pregnant changed everything and my belly is sensitive. I needed some Specific workout to follow to. I found it!!! Just perfect after my 1 hour walking! The Best thing I love? The videos To get the Workout right. THANKSSSS!!!!
Great app!!
Bought this app after it was recommended to me, I really enjoy it. I do wish that I had gotten it sooner since i love all the exercise variety, Im already in my third trimester. I would recommend this one to any ladies who still want to stay healthy in shape during their pregnancy,
Worth it!
Great app to get u going on the level you are at! Simple directions from a real trainer w/ real pics and descriptions. I not only use the app but actually have the creator of this, Mindy Berla as my personal trainer. Real pregnancy fitness from a knowledgable trainer, best part shes also a mom. She gets it. Thats why the app is personal and applicable to pregnant women. You have the freedom to pick your energy levels and personalize each routine.
Dont really get it
Id like to like this app and I hope they make some updates to make it more clear/user friendly. A "30 minute workout" only takes a few minutes. Does that mean Im supposed to just repeat the sets until Ive reached 30 minutes? If so, boring! I think it has great potential, but a long way to go before I will give it 5 stars...
